The Kingston HyperX Fury is a 2.5inch SSD. The design does not look attractive, but it does follows the norms to get fitted in the CPU with comfort. We can see a ticker on the SSD which showcases the details about the SSD. It is a mini hardisk with a massive memory of 250GB. So the physical size is compact and the virtual size(memory 250GB) is more. Though there are no accessories like the 3.5 inch adapter sled, screws or cables, which normally should have been in the package with the SSD.
This SSD is having is capable of having speeds of upto 600MBps which is very good in terms for file transfer. The specification of the SSD is SATA 3.0 and also it will work perfectly with the SATA 2.0 with ease. But if you use the SATA 2.0 then the speeds will be lowered. This Kingston HyperX Fury has Sandforce SF-2281 controller. The SSD also uses the MLC flash.
Performance
The SSD was which we got to be reviewed was of 240GB. While testing the device we got random read and write speeds of 215.73 MBps and 210.28 MBps. Though while benchmark tests where the SSD is working in their maximum or peak potential, the speeds recorded were for read and write are 488.69 MBps and 221.64 MBps. These speeds look promising and are only achievable when the SSD is performing at its best.

The device is useful for people who like to have their CPU working fast. This is a superb update. The file transfer speeds for reading and writing are good. A must have upgrade for gamers. We suggest this SSD for people who are serious in getting very high read and write speeds saving their valuable work.
