BookLamp`s CEO is Aaron Stanton and all the formal employees will not associate with Apple. The sale is now confirmed. Before the acquisition BookLamp has raised a capital of $900,000 from local bankers. We also heard that Amazon was also in talks with BookLamp. But that has not lead to any deal as such.
