MobiKwik launches India`s first Mobile Money transfer service

Have you heard about MobiKwik? Yes, they are a mobile wallet service in India. They have started a wallet to wallet money transfer service. The stats say that they have done more than 1.5 lakh money transfers in the last two months.

The Co-Founder of the company Upasana Taku said that they have now created a convenient option for the consumers. Customers can pay anyone at anytime through their mobile in a secure manner. The user can also “Request Money” by alerting the others for any pending payment.

A person can transfer from as little as Re.1 to Rs.5,000 in a single money transfer. Using their service a total of Rs.1 crore money has been transferred by their happy consumers. As a security provision this W2W(Wallet to Wallet) service will create an OTP(One Time Password) before each money transaction.

IET India Scholarship finals all set – 10 finalists

This is the competition between the undergraduate engineering students. The final will be placed in Bangalore. The event is set on the 26^th August. So 10 finalists are selected for the competing final for the Scholarship award.

The regional winners will have to compete in two categories which include general and women. Also cash prize of Rs.1,00,000 will be awarded for the winners and Rs.75,000 for the runners up. The Chief guest for the event will be T V Mohandas Pai of Manipal Global Education. Also the author of the rules of the game set by Sumit Chowdhury, VP of Reliance Jio Infocom company will be the guest of Honour for the event.

A technology manufacturer GlacialTech has launched two Thermal modules for Cold forging. These solutions are launched for 80W applications. The FR210HP is different from the Igloo FR210 which is optimized for the CoB and spotlight applications. Let us see the features of these modules.

Both these modules are heat sinks which are available in the silver and black color options. These devices are 30W to 100W. The most suitable range for cold forging LED lighting solutions. The Cold Forging does produces heat sinks and have better heat dissipation and die-casting as per the company. Also aluminum extrusion can be done with ease. The aluminum and thermal conductivity can be increased 2.36x as compared to the die casting of 96.2 W/mK to 227 W/mK.

Sony SD Card UZ Series launched

Today Sony has launched a new SD card series. It is known as UZ series. These cards are having fast data transfer speed and have 4K compatibility for cameras and smartphones. Company says that it is ideal for the photographers and the videographers. The transfer time is also reduced by the device.

The SD cards are available in 32GB and 64GB capacities. These memory cards are capable of transfer speeds upto 95MB/s for reading and 90MB/s for writing as per the company. The cards have Ultra High Speed (UHS Speed Class 3) rating. It is also believed that there will be a minmal buffering while capturing still images in Burst mode.

They will be accompanied with the Sony File Rescue Software. This will help to support the 3D movies and photos. This software also allows the users to recover any important data which was accidentally deleted. These SD cards are protected with molded resin. Also the cards are durable, shockproof, X-ray proof, water & dust proof.
