Sony has launched a new portable Hard Disk. It is having a size of 2TB. The company says that it has high speed transfer. It is Dust and splash proof. Actually this is the best time to launch a Hard Disk which is waterproof in the Rainy season. The hard disk also has multiple access points.

It can be used as a data storage device and can save your valuable backup data. Even 4K videos can be transferred with ease as per the company. A transfer speed of 120MB/s for HDD can be achieved using this device.

The device has USB 3.0 which is very much essential now a days for fast data transfer. It has two FireWire 800 ports. It is splash proof because it has a silicon cover and also hard casing. It is compatible with both Windows and Mac. It has built-in formatting software. It will help the use to format the drive easily. Users can switch in between the formats HFS+, NTFS and FAT32 formats.
