IET India 2014 Scholarship award winners list announced

The Indian Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) hunted for the master minds of India for the second time .Over 4,000 students participated across our Indian country .The competition was around four levels canalizing the student’s intelligence with theoretical as well as technical reasoning .Among them, ten finalists were chosen and are experimented their brilliancy with abilities & leadership skills.

Manoj Sarda from IIT Roorke, Hina Agarwal from MOTILAL NEHRU NATIONAL INSTITITE OF TECHNOLOGY were awarded a prestigious scholarship of IET for their Supermindedness . The winners were honoured in the Scholarship Award Night presided over by T V Mohandas Pai, Chairman, Manipal Global Education and Sumit D Chowdhury, Vice President – Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd. Manu Kothari from PES University, Bangalore and Mansha Imtiyaz from Amity University, Noida were declared runners up in the respective categories.

Shekhar Sanyal, Director and Country Head, IET India said, “We are in the second year of Scholarship Award and are very excited to see the continued excellence from the engineering community. India, with its abundant quality engineering talent, has become a hub of innovation over the last few years.

Engineers play a critical part in our lives and we from the IET are committed towards creating platforms to encourage them to showcase their innovative ideas and solutions. Scholarship Award is one such initiative that provides recognition and motivation to aspiring engineers to bring out the best and benefit the society.
