Using the device is very simple. You can tap just on the below screen. The device shows details. It will display you battery indicator, Time, Date, and left side will be the goal meter. This goal meter is actually of 10 levels. So if you set your daily target of 10,000 steps, and you finish only 1000 steps then 1 level will be filled up with green. This is certainly useful information on the home screen on the device.
To see other menus you can just navigate using swiping down to up or up to down. When you swipe up to down, first menu is the steps count, then HR(Heart Rate) Pressure and Track Exercise. When you go to the Steps count menu, you can see the step count of that day. You can also tap on it to get more details. These details are Time traveled, Distance covered in km and Calories burnt. So you get to know how much you traveled till date and time.

The HR Pressure shows you the pulses of your heart. Just below the symbol you can see the live count of your heart rate and below you can see the Max and Low count. The third and last menu is of Track Exercise. In this menu there are various sub menus of exercise activity. These are Run, Workout, Cycling, Walk.
To go back to home menu, you can easily just tap below your screen. When you select any exercise activity, it shows two options, GPS ON and GPS OFF. So if you want to showcase and track your activity accurately by GPS, keep GPS ON. After you are done with your activity, you have to hold the touch button below screen to stop.
Then you see the the summary of your activity. You can see the total distance traveled, calories burnt, time, etc. So such vital details are useful to track your fitness.
User Experience
Setting up the device is very easy. You can detach the belt and charge the unity with ease at any USB port. Then you can install the Goqii app on your smartphone. You can connect your device to this app via bluetooth authentication. There will be a code sent to your fitness tracker and a link to connect. When you wear the device on your wrist you do feel comfortable. There are many slots in the belt for adjustment so you can set it up as per your need. By just single tapping below the screen you can activate the display. There as mentioned above you can enjoy the UI of the device. Generally if I am doing long walks, then I just to Track Exercise Menu and select Walk from it. So the tracking starts. If you want to Keep GPS ON, you can do it so that you can see a map on your app and can exactly caliberate the distance traveled and a good log report is maintained.
We had used the Goqii Vital in the past and the major change we saw in this device was about the GPS tracking. Apart from that in Goqii Vital there was a mode where in you would easily check your BP. This device lacks the BP mode for sure which was missed indeed.
Apart from that the statistics shown after activity is improved a lot. Also we observed that if you start the walking tracking from exercise then it gives you milestone alerts like when you passed 1km while walking, the device will vibrate and notify you. So you get to know that you have walked 1km which is really amazing feature.

So when you start walking or running and track exercise then you can get milestone updates regularly from the tracker. Apart from this you can also get whatsapp notifications, call alerts, etc. information right on your tracker while connected to your smartphone via bluetooth.
