A new octa core handset was listed on iBall’s official website, the Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus. The handset is powered by 1.4GHz cortex A7 Octa Core processor. The Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus runs Android KitKat with 16GB storage and 2Gigs of RAM. The price is not yet disclosed. The octa core chipset has also not been disclosed but it is most likely to be the MediaTek 1.4GHz with Mali 450 MP GPU.
iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus
This Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus is very light weight at 135 grams. The phone is 8.3mm thick. The Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus is packed with a 5 inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The handset is loaded with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage – 7GB as phone storage and 6GB space for apps and the a microSD card upto 32GB can be used.
Like other octa core handsets, Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus comes loaded with a 13MP auto focus camera on the rear with LED flash and a 5MP on the front that supports video calling. The key features of iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus are 2G (EDGE / GPRS – class 12), 3G (21Mbps), Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS and Bluetooth. The handset is powered by a 2250 mAh battery.
