Sony has launched a new Television series in India. These are the Sony X series which are 4K HDR television sets. Let us have a look at the features of this series.
Sony X Series
Sony recently launched this series focusing on the best viewing experience for the user with better bright range and good contrast. The 4K HDR TV has launched in India using the Sony 4K HDR Processor X1 Extreme.
The new models in the X Series are:
- X7002E
- X7500E
- X8200E
- X9000E
- X9400E/X9300E
- X9500E

The hardware of this television set helps to achieve good color, texture and depth. The television sets are using the slim Backlight Drive+ technology which has improved LED backlight for precise local dimming control.
The X-Tended Dynamic Range Pro helps in getitng better details and brightness is enhanced upto 10 times than the normal LED television sets.
The X series Television sets run on Sony’s Android TV UI which is based on Android Nougat Operating System. The user can connect their devices like tablets, smartphones with the TV and can plug and play and enjoy Netflix and Google Play apps too.
