The Nexus 6 is having a 3GB of RAM and 64GB of in-built memory. Whereas the OnePlus 2 device has 2 variants. One with a 3GB RAM and in-built storage of 16GB.   1. Nexus devices are the best. You get to use the latest OS from google directly to your device. I own Nexus 5 and thinking of upgrading it to Nexus 6.
