The semiconductor company now has partnered with Vishay Intertechnology for introducing the first of a kind mosfet. Yes we are talking about a 150 V N-channel mosfet which is thermally enhanced with PowerPAK SC-70 package. It does feature the industry`s lowest on-resistance 10 V in the 2mm by 2mm footprint area.

The model name of the mosfet is SiA446DJ. This model is suited for a wide range of space-constrained applications. These are specially designed for high efficiency by reducing the switching losses and conduction. The portfolio of the company is extended by models in 100V SiA416DJ in the PowerPAK SC-70 in 100V. Also SiB456DK in the PowerPAK SC-75.

These are all suitable for use in isolated DC/DC converters , boost converters in LED backlighting and in synchronous rectification. Load switching for power management applications in the Power over Ethernet(PoE) PD switches, portable electronic devices & telecom DC/DC switches.
