Samsung’s recently officially listed Galaxy Smartphone, the Galaxy Core Prime, is up for sale in India. Customers can avail the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Smartphone on eBay at just Rs.9, 275. Also, the noticeable thing is that the South Korean company has still not officially announced the availability of this Galaxy Smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
Earlier this month, Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom was supposed to be launching The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime in India, who also claimed that the price of the phone in India would be Rs.9, 599. Previously, it was also noticed that the Smartphone was listed on Flipkart in October and was priced at Rs.8, 499.
The Smartphone has an Android KitKat pre-installed in it and supports dual-sim, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and a 4.5-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) PLS (plane-to-line switching) TFT display. Also, there is an inbuilt storage capacity of 8 GB. It aids expansion of storage via microSD card. The storage can be expanded upto 64 GB.
The Galaxy Core Prime also features a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera. It also includes a 2000mAh battery. You have several connectivity options on the Smartphone which include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G and GPS.
The Smartphone also comprises a proximity sensor and an accelerometer. It measures 130.8×67.9×8.8mm and comes with a matte body finish with metal sides. There are three colour variants listed currently. These are- White, Silver and Charcoal Grey. The company’s China website featured Samsung’s dual-SIM variant of the metal-clad Galaxy A5 last month. The website listed it as the Galaxy A5 (SM-A5000). The Smartphone came packed with a dual Nano-SIM support and specifications were similar to the single-SIM Galaxy A5.
Galaxy Core Prime comes with numerous features and at price which is not so high. The look is great and the features are even better. If you are looking for a Smartphone with a low price and great features, this is a smart buy. Also, a 2 megapixel front camera means great selfies. The phone is not heavy on the pocket and promises substantial features.
