India’s leading Electronics Company, Samsung Electronics has reached out to their customers and has spread out their service network by launching its sixth modernistic branded customer service plaza in Hyderabad. They have extended their flagship customer service plazas to six after Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Noida and Chennai.
Samsung Launches Sixth Branded Customer Service Plaza
Samsung has flourished as one of the largest customer service networks in every nook and corner of India. Its 24X7 hour call centers with more than 10,000 trained experts aim at providing top notch after-sales services which are aimed at pleasing Samsung customers. The launch of these Service Plazas is an evidence of the company’s dedication towards meeting the demand of their customers.
Samsung is in the process of intensifying their service touch points with around 20 Customer Service Plazas and over 800 Mobile Service Plazas all over India. All the services are backed by a network of nearly 50parts warehouses and 4 world-class training academies. All the service centers operate on the Classic Samsung look and feel.
The Customer Service Plaza is an advancement towards the setting up of higher standards for the customers and endeavors to provide all the services under a single roof including particular zones for product illustrations, interactions with customers’ and one to one service for handheld devices.

One to one service is a communicative repair facility for repair in front of the customer and therefore, making sure that there is full transparency in terms of the charges of repair and also the replacement of the parts. These plazas offer a same day repair service for mobile handsets or they lend you a standby set if your handset is not repaired on the same day.
An uncompromising service tracking process is adhered to, to track each and every call to assure “First time fix”. The plazas are in service all days of the week between 10am to 8pm.Also, a pick and drop facility is also accessible for selective Smartphone models. The plazas also take eco-friendly steps to cut down e-waste by reprocessing and recycling products with the STAR program (Samsung Take-back and Recycling program).
These plazas are state of art service centers ensuring maximum level of satisfaction of the Samsung owners. I think these plazas are a major step towards meeting the expectations of the customers after buying products from Samsung.
These plazas will be beneficial to customers all over India and their problems regarding any product will be solved without any hassle. This will also ensure timely repair of products and also transparency in the repair. So, I think Samsung should move towards opening more and more customer friendly plazas in India.
Samsung is taking steps towards ingenious customer service plans with innovative approaches and programs, paying better attention to the overall experiences of the customer, infrastructure improvement and exceptional service deliveries.
