Design
The Blue and Black combination looks good. The USB Flash drive is light weighted. The plastic body does make it look like an ordinary pen drive. But this Flash drive has no such premium look as such. It is also a bulgy USB drive. The cap of the USB flash drive can be put in by only one way. Well I think they should had improved the design. If you compare the design to the Kingston DataTraveler R3.0 G2 looks then this USB flash drive will loose the war.
Performance
Coming to the best part of this Small packet and big effect. The USB Flash drive has a mass storage of 256 GB which is the biggest asset of this device. If you have a USB 3.0 port then this is an ideal device for you. As per the company this drive is able to read files at a speed of a stunning 225 MB/s and writing speed of 135 MB/s. For USB 2.0 it is 30 MB/s for read and write as per the company specifications.
But we did our test for the USB 2.0 and we found surprising result. So it is near to the company standards. So faster transfer speeds are expected if you have a USB 3.0 port. I from Technary will recommend this device for high speed transfer. So it has huge mass storage and fast data transfer speeds.
Compatibility and warranty
The device is compatible with Windows XP, Vista(SP1,SP2), 7 (SP1), 8 & 8.1. It is also compatible with Mac OS X v10.6x + and Linus 2.6x+. So there is no such compatibility issues as such. But this USB Flash drive was not accessible to a company`s laptop. I mean the laptops given to employees to work from home. I tried this USB flash drive on my friend`s company`s laptop. I guess the company`s laptop was not capable to handle such high data transfer device.
But there is no such problem for all laptops and hope PC users. Kingston provides a long 5 years of warranty and free tech support for this device. So user can use it fearlessly and will get good support from the company too.

I will call this as Chota Packet bada dhamaka(Small device with awesome features). So performance wise it is one of the best available in the market.
