Google has finally gave it a thought in buying the Nest company for 3.2 Billion dollars. In an e-mail to all the employees of Google, the acquisition is confirmed as per the Press release.
The Nest is a connected device company. They have created a best selling thermostat since 2011. The Protect smoke alarm is also one of their popular products. The Nest founders Tony and Matt Rogers will surely join Google after this deal.
Roger is the engineer on the iPhone team at Apple. So these are geneis people making their own company. This company make a lot of amazing stuff. They are making a lot of good products as said by Larry Page. Google
founders are excited after this deal.
The Nest founder is also called as the father of iphone. Well from this deal there are some benefits which include “Peter Nieh”, (investor of Nest). So he might be the happiest person in this deal for sure.
One more thing from this deal is clear that Nest products will be selling without a hitch! These deals make a lot of benefits for the giants. Google has a lot of money and they want to make entry into the latest technology. They want to make the best in particular areas.
