The application devised especially to intensify the awareness of parents and also control what their kids are doing online. The app also has a category permission system which is dependent on the age of the kid, which can be changed by the parent according to their needs. Also, if the child tries to access a category that is blocked, the parent will be notified straightaway about the violation of the setting.
Also there is a one-click list of URLs that can be accessed by the parents to see which blocked site was accessed by their child. If the parents feel that one or more sites should be allowed for the child to visit, then they can add it directly to the specific white list. Parents can also get SMS notifications when their lack of access to internet and these alerts will be differentiated into categories like ‘alert’, ‘urgent’ and ‘information’. Additionally, Push Notifications will also be sent to the parents.
The parents can also limit the type of notifications they receive. Parents and children can communicate through the new features that have been made available. Children, by making use of the Child App can notify and as their parents for help in case of an emergency by sending an urgent SOS notification by simply clicking a button. Parents will be notified with geo coordinate of their kid.

The PRO Version enables parents to know what type of applications are being downloaded and used by their kids. The PRO Version has been created both for iOS as well as Android platforms- it is currently launched for Android platform and soon it will be launched for iOS. The word eKAVACH™ has been extracted for the Hindi word “KAVACH”, which means a protective shield. Through this app, Cartus Technologies is presenting the parents an electronic shield to keep their children safe and also so that they do not fall prey to online grooming, cyber bullying, unsuitable online content and other cyber crimes.
