We are watching a teaser from company Xiaomi from past few days. From the teasers, something was going to be at price Rs.5,999. Finally Xiaomi revealed that they have reduced the price of Xiaomi Redmi 2. The phone Xiaomi Redmi 2 was launched for a price of Rs.6,999. Now they have reduced it to Rs.5,999.

The price of the smartphone is reduced by Rs.1,000. The phone is also available for a price of Rs.3,999 on Flipkart for an exchange offer. The phone is available in Grey and while color variants. This smartphone is having a 4.7 inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels.

The phone is powered by 64 bit snapdragon 410 quad core processor. The device is having 1GB RAM with 8GB in built storage and can be expanded upto 32GB using a microSD card. This is a dual SIM handset and has 4G support. This device has a 8MP AF rear camera and a 2MP front camera.

My experience on the Renault #LiveLodgycal drive

Recently I had visited Goa and witnessed the #LiveLodgycal experience. Renault India has launched the Renault Lodgy. They made arrangements for top 40 influential bloggers from all over India for this experience. Guess what, I was representing Technary and one of them. So it was a great journey and enjoyed a lot. But I would like to share this experience and journey with you so that you can also enjoy our experiences.

We learnt a lot of things from this experience. Earned a lot of knowledge and friends.

40 bloggers from various cities are all set to attend this event and experience this journey.

19th June to 21st June 2015

Day 1

It all starts by booking a Ola Cab from my friend`s place to the Airport. Yes I had a friend Saurabh who was with me throughout the journey. We booked the Cab and were going to the airport. We reached Pune airport on time. It was time to get the boarding passes and get the security check done.

All set to board our SpiceJet flight for the journey to Goa. This was a domestic flight and was 80 seater plane. My first journey in flight and I was thrilled from take off to the landing.

We reached Goa Airport on time and were welcomed by a volunteer of the #LiveLodgycal team. We boarded an AC bus of Hotel. I am talking about The Leela. If there is heaven then it is at this resort.

We reached the hotel at 4 pm and were welcomed by garland and tika. We registered got the room keys and met the BlogAdda and Renault India team. Then we had lunch. There were a lot of dishes and it was really difficult what to choose to eat. After having a delicious lunch with desserts went to our room.

The moment we opened the room with the RFID key, the expression was “WOW”. Yes we screamed and were amazed at the room. The room was amazing. Fully home automated and it was indeed for tech bloggers like us. When we open the door you can see the beautiful lake. There were a lot of amenities in the room. A TV, AC, bath tub, speakers in the wash room and what not. The list will keep on going. It was a luxurious room.

We explored it got freshen up and went to the Presentation of the Renault Lodgy. We met all the other bloggers and had a good networking. We got to know the features by Mr.Manish and it was awesome. We got to know about the french company in detail. Then had dinner at night after this session. Amazing delicious food. Had a word with other bloggers and it was time to say Good Night.

Day 2

This is one of the most unforgettable day of my life. We had to early wake up and get geared up for the drive. Our schedule was very much tight. We were grouped in teams. Our team was the Drivology. With the team mates we enjoyed driving Logy just after the Flagoff. Our journey was very smooth and comfortable. The MPV lodgy is spacious and we were only 5 people in it. One of the guy was the organizer.

Our destination was The Lalit rgolf resort which was 37 kms away from The Leela. We clicked a lot of pictures and enjoyed the journey. Lodgy is fast and quiet. We enjoyed two variants of this car. A top model and another variant. We reached the Concona beach. Had a great time with the beautiful pleasant weather. Enjoyed a lot the complete experience.

We networked and gained new friends who will be in life together in the future too. We had a good lunch at The Lalit resort. It had started raining and this was a perfect setting. We enjoyed our lunch looking at the rains.

We were again back in our Lodgy for the return journey to The Leela. This journey was awesome as we were taking breaks wherever we liked. There was a place where we got a very scenic road. So we shot a lot of pics of the car on this road. Had some Chai and had some good talks. The Chai pe charcha was getting good. Then we captured the car`s drive splash video.

It was all fun, came back to the hotel. Went to the room, got freshen up again came to the ballroom. Here Renault had some surprise for us. It was a live orchestra. We enjoyed to the tunes and all the bloggers danced on the dance floor. We danced a lot with open hearts and it was amazing orchestra. They had a good stamina to play a lot of songs one after the other.

All the bloggers and organizers enjoyed the time and had dinner. It was time to say the last bye to all the bloggers. This day was memorable and will be always close to the hearts of the bloggers.

Day 3

It was time to say sayonara to the amazing beautiful The Leela resort. I was reluctant to leave the place, with so many memories we boarded our shuttle back to the airport. At the Goa airport met the mumbai bloggers and it was again a fun time. Though it was wonderful to listen our names in the speaker of the airport. We were chatting and here came the voice all the names of the teammates of Drivology to board the flight immediately.

This was a great, amazing experience altogether and we not only made good friends, had wonderful journey but captured a lot of memories in our cameras. This place is beautiful and serene. It was a perfect combination of the place and ride which made the #LiveLodgycal journey superb.

A dual screen handset will be launched soon by the company UMI. We are closely following the electronic brands on social network. They have revealed it on their facebook page, a tagline. It says a Duplex Life. So this is something exciting to look forward too. Though Yota had launched a dual screen phone too.

This phone is using the EPD screen at the back. For our readers EPD means Electronic Paper Display with E ink technology. Similar to what Amazon Kindle is using. This EPD screen is the extra screen at the back. This type of screen consumes very less power as compared to the normal display.

Panasonic has launched a new smarpthone. It is the Panasonic P55 Novo. This smartphone is priced under Rs.10,000 and is now in the race or competition with a lot of smartphones. Is it capable enough to withstand this competition? Well let us have a look at the features of this smartphone.

Intex Cloud N IPS launched for Rs. 4350

Intex has hailed its new mid-low budget Cloud-series smartphone, the Intex Cloud N IPS. The Cloud N was launched in May, and not much has been changed from the predecessor to the newer Cloud N IPS. Though Cloud N came with 1GB RAM and Cloud N IPS comes with 512MB of RAM. The prior week Intex also launched the Aqua Xtreme II priced at Rs. 9,590.

Intex Cloud N IPS Features

The Cloud N IPS sports a 4” WVGA touchscreen, supporting 480×800 pixels resolution. A 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor is being used by the handset coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB internal space, expandable to 64GB via micro-SD. A 1400mAh removable Li-ion battery is where the smartphone drains its power from which gives upto 11hrs of talk time backup and 235hrs of stand-by. The handset also comes with 8MP rear camera with LED flash and auto-focus, also a 2MP front camera for selfies.

The Cloud N IPS runs Android v4.4.2 KitKat and also offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The handset is dual-SIM capable, but 3G is only available on the first SIM card. The Cloud N IPS is 9mm thick and weighs a light 101gms. The handset as of right now is available on snapdeal and amazon.in in black and white color variants.

The Cloud N IPS is more or less the same as Cloud N, excluding the drop in RAM. The 8MP rear camera is the stand-out feature of its other similar budget smartphones. The smartphone comes with proximity sensor, accelerometer, light sensor and gyroscope.
