Its not only frustrating but its too tedious if you keep on getting the Memory Card removed unsuccessfully error without removing the card. I am talking about the new Samsung Galaxy Y mobile phone. People who have got it and just started the internet and updated their phone for the first time will get this error. Then what can be done next. You must have tried to restart your phone again and again. But the problem must be arriving again and again after few hours I guess.
Many people went to the customer service, but still problem is not solved. As we know that updating the phone`s firmware is good but if showing such problems it becomes very nasty. So my strong advice to all the Samsung users is to read the below solution quite skillfully.
Solution:
Go to Menu>Settings>About>Update
Update your phone, then it will restart, keep on doing this process till all the updates are done.
The reason for the above problem is not with the hardware of your phone, but it was a bug in the 1st update in Android 2.3.5 for this Galaxy y. So just update your firmware and the problem will be solved. Enjoy Android apps!

at your kernel version its coming as dpi. Try to again check for the latest update.
@sanjeev: The memory card given by samsung in some cases seems to be defective. Use some different memory card if it helps.
